Legal (Surface Only): West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 SE/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Indian Meridian, in Alfalfa County, State of Oklahoma.
Estimated Taxes: 2018 taxes were $123.00, 2019 taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
Land Location: From Jet OK, US HWY 64 & HWY 38 travel approx. 6 ½ miles North on HWY 38, the farm will be located on the north side of the highway.
Land Overview: This approx. 80 acre tract has good principle soil types, and lays North & South. The southern border of the tract is frontage to state highway 38.
