Note: Due to an unfortunate water leak discovered on March 4th, all interested bidders are encouraged to attend the open houses or schedule an appointment. TAR is assisting the seller in removing the carpet, drying out the house and repairing the den ceiling. The house is still being offered AS IS with bare concrete floors. At present, we hope to remain on schedule but the real estate bidding date of March 31st may be extended. The personal property will remain on schedule.
