Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. along with Pickens Auctions of Stillwater, Oklahoma recently sold an outstanding estate farmland parcel on the Red River in Southeast Oklahoma. This 900 acre tract featured outstanding grain land with a 400 acre parcel nestled against the beautiful Red River. The Multi-Par Land Auction method was utilized to maximize a record breaking price per acre. After two hours of combining tracts the final hammer price fell at $1,225.00 per acre average. The Grain ground yielded $1,800.00 per acre and the Red River parcel fell at $1,000.00 per acre. There were 75 people in attendence for this auction.
