North Mississippi Ranch Sells at Auction

Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc recently co-brokered a 1300 acre cattle ranch with Mckee and Mcfarland of Memphis, Tennessee and Curran and Miller of Illinois. Together these firms liquidated this large tract by breaking the property into 6 parcels and offering them in the Multi-Par Format. There were 49 registered bidders with the property reaching an average price of $1,764.00 per acre.
